TAMS Ambassadors Award, the Nigeria's Employee of the Year Award (NEYA) is a social impact initiative with the goal of promoting accountability of time and resources in Nigeria's workplaces by recognising and celebrating employees in both private and public sectors whose outstanding contributions to organisational productivity earned them recognition as the best performing workers in their organisations.
